The Bailly Lapierre Cellars were created in 1972 in the heart of the Yonne valley in Burgundy.
Brut de Charvis “méthode traditionnelle” is produced from a blend of different grape varieties coming from regions well-known for the production of sparkling wines.
The colour is a handsome pale gold with green tints. The fine bubbles that dance in the glass release a bouquet that brings to mind white flowers, evolving to an aroma of brioche. Good balance in the mouth with delightful freshness.
