5 Days of Happiness

If you didn't already know, every year on March 20 people celebrate International Happiness Day. Realistically, we don't wake up super-duper happy everyday, so the day serves as a reminder for us to keep calm, look on the positive side of things and recognise the importance of well-being.

This week, we'll be taking some time to reflect on this, and have put together our top 5 steps anyone can take to put a little extra pep in your step everyday.
MINDFUL MONDAY
Start your week with a positive intention. Get up early in the morning, do some stretches, put on that song you love, have a jiggle, sing in the shower, have your favourite coffee or tea - positive vibes only. Starting your day with intention will help you to feel more happy and empowered for the rest of the day.
THANKFUL TUESDAY

Write down as many things as you want for what you're thankful for: Your family and friends are in good health, you hit a new personal best in the gym, your hair hasn't gone frizzy today - no moment is too insignificant.
WELLNESS WEDNESDAY
Receiving and unwrapping gifts is so exciting, but what's even better is wanting others to feel the same delight. Waiting until a special occasion is like torture when you just can't wait to give someone a surprise right from the bottom of your heart. Send a gift to someone today just because you want them to know how much you miss them, or just because they're having a lousy day and need cheering up.
